I knew someone had done it. Can't believe I didn't check your page out right away. (I have it in my favorites.) These are probably too detail oriented for a ham-fisted lout like me. I think I might just take the easy way and build another booster. Except for the motor mount, this one is done.





Not too satisfied with how glossy the booster and nose cone are relative to the old payload section, but I do like the 70's balsa grain and tube spirals. I think tomorrow I'm going to stop at Lowe's for some satin finish paints and try again.

Great looking rocket! Nice work. I really like the old decals. I've built 2 Rangers , first one on 3 C6-3's..it went to a land far far away.
