Nice Jayhawk! It it a kit or a clone?

it is a Madcow 2.6" kit(with parachute), ordered it 4 days before their big sale :). by and large consrtuction was easy.

Nice looking rocket Rex.
Wait for the right weather to fly it an you will be rewarded
with a good flight and nice soft landing.

Wicked looking model. Looks good enough to hang off a rail on an A-6.

Ditto. Either a Jayhawk or a Bomarc.
 On second thought, scratch the Bomarc. I've already had enough trouble with Bomarcs in this lifetime.

Nice Rex! I'm working on a cardstock downscale Jayhawk for my entry; have to cover the mini engine end of the spectrum too ;)

June is Jayhawk month :). in other news, started work on my 'dedicated payload' bird...I can see that it will raise eyebrows. it certainly did mine when I printed out the fin template :). had to get out the ruler to see if I had scaled it down.

Dedicated to cheese, I assume?

hmm perhaps...but also the fact that it isn't/shouldn't be stable w/o a payload...open rocket says just under 2k with an E20-7 in the tailpipe.
