pretty close...didn't feel like hunting up a shop that sells specialty cheeses (goat or sheep)...its an I225 fj reload :). was thinking to offer cheese and crax after recovery.

The Mars Cheese Castle did have "Irish Cheddar with Porter Beer" when I stopped in a couple weeks ago.

have swapped the havarti for 'Irish Dubliner' :).
