Where in Brookfield is Mitchell Park?

Just SE of the corner of Capital and Barker.

Actually, the whole stretch just east of the Fox river between Capital and River Road as shown on the map is Mitchell Park

I used to fly RC planes in that park 20 years ago... now there are more parking lots, buildings, trees, people, etc. While there is enough space for low power A-B-C rockets, I have no idea what the official Brookfield/Waukesha position is on model rocketry in the park. - Anybody?
