I just got an error message while trying to get to the supposed new threads in the forum. On the front page I'm told that there have been 2 threads and 8 messages since my last visit, but all I can find when I click the "New Posts" thingy is Craig and I doing old Flintstones routines. Anyone? Hel-LO.

Try refreshing (or flushing) your browser cache. You may be recycling pages from the browser's temporary storage.

Okay, I flushed it and all the water's gone. Are smoke and flames a bad thing? :D

I'm on a shared server and once in awhile the MySQL service gets overloaded which will give an error message. Usually it fixes itself quickly as you noted.
