We are going to be helping kids build model rockets at the Salem public library.

Then take them across the street to fly the rockets on the school grounds.

Event begins at 9 am. ends 2 pm.

Need help:
Need the club MITI box and supplies to build rockets.
Need club volunteers to assist.
Need launch controller to handle the flights

Who wants to help?
More details soon,

Yeah, I would like to help with that. I will see what my calendar says.

We had a good time doing the launch for them. Are the same ladies still with the library?

What size group? Age range? What will they be building?

Well years ago it was a group of about 50 IIRC. And they were anywhere between about 10 and 15 or so.

I can't recall what the model was before. Whatever it was, it is a good thing we will be helping with construction. In the past some of the rockets were not constructed properly and were a challenge to try and fly ;)

What size group? Age range? What will they be building?

Guys,
I cannot do this myself now.
I will be moving out of the house this weekend if not sooner.
If I can get someone to take this on and run with it that would be great.
Or, I try to reschedule it with them.
I'd hate to just cancel but real life is kicking my tail right now.
On the plus side we did find a house so I will only be homeless for a short time.
Plus it is sweet.

Sorry dude, days are packed this year. WOOSH itself seems to be in a bit of a slump.
