I'm guessing you are looking for "Twelve Soviet Missiles of the Cold War".

You can still get it from NARTS (NAR Technical Services).

FOURTEEN US ARMY MISSILES OF THE COLD WAR is currently out of print.
It has a green cover.

TWELVE SOVIET MISSILES OF THE COLD WAR may still be available thru NARTS.
It has a white cover with yellow missiles on a red flag backdrop.

US AIR FORCE MISSILES and US NAVY MISSILES booklets are not available yet.
