Does anyone have an Estes Recruiter, kit #2013 (http://plans.rocketshoppe.com/estes/est2013/est2013.htm), they'd be willing to part with? One just sold on eBay, here (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=016&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&viewitem=&item=260131862811&rd=1&rd=1), for cheap. It's got a plastic nose cone and plastic engine nozzle, and I have to say I like the paint scheme on the face card.

I have the Semroc version (http://www.semroc.com/Store/scripts/RocketKits.asp?SKU=KV-22) with all balsa and paper parts, and I knew it was a Retro Repro of an old Centuri kit (http://www.ninfinger.org/~sven/rockets/catalogs/centuri67/67cen12.html), but I didn't even realize that Estes had ever sold a Recruiter.

The Estes kit is an upscale over the Semroc/Centuri kit. I've been after one for a while also. I managed to pick up the Beta Launch Vehicle that shares the nose cone, but that's as close as I've come.

I meant to bid on the one that just sold on eBay, but I wasn't paying close enough attention to when it was going to end. It went for $6.51 plus $13 shipping. IIRC, it's a BT-60-size kit and is considerably longer than the Semroc one.

Just a few but I'm keeping those. ;) Someday I plan on building my Skylab. :D I had a quiet day today so I actualy built 3 rockets, all Estes the Odyssey, Searcher, and Falcon Comander.
Now if I could just get around to priming and painting! ( I have aprox 40 kits to be either primed, painted, or decaled  )

I do that too, although I don't think I have quite that many kits that are built but 'nekkid.'
