Is anyone using PLA or PLA+ for centering rings on low powered rockets A-D or A-C?

If so, how are they holding up?

Thank you!

I avoid them strongly because of 2 reasons card stock, mattboard, and foamcore centering rings are very cheap, quick, and easy to make. Second reason is that if they are used as engine mount there is the potential for heat warping. I am one of the biggest proponents for 3d printing, but it is not the prefect solution for all problems. For saving money and weight, I highly recommend you also use these other two under utilized techniques, foam core construction, and card stock modeling.

Sounds like a lousy use of 3D printing.
Far better (and traditional) solutions for these parts.
One needs to ask WHYYYY would you want to ?
Best use for 3D printing is to make otherwise unavailable parts.
