1010 Conformal Rail Guide for 76mm Tubing With Backing Plate
This 1010 rail guide 3D model is an ACME-style conformal rail guide for mid-power rockets and high power rockets. It is conformal to 76mm (3.1 inch) airframe rocketry tubing and will fit the 1010 size of 8020 aluminum extrusion rail.
The first model is designed to use adhesive to attach it to your rocket.
The second version will allow you to use a counter-sink head
and the third, a flat head fastener to attach it to your rocket.
There is a 3D model of a backing plate that will allow you to insert a nut and glue it to the inside of your rocket without causing any problems with the recovery system.
