I just made a post in another area and mentioned the Marauder as being my all-time favorite rocket when I was growing up, but now I'm wondering if I've mixed myself up. Was the marauder an Estes rocket with a payload? I remember it being an oversized cone and see-through....but now I'm thinking it wasn't transparent. Stupid question, but if you know the answer I'd appreciate it. Thanks!

BTW, here are the three most important links for a BAR to relive the old days. There are a few other links, but these will keep you busy for a while.

Ninfinger Rocketry (http://www.ninfinger.org/~sven/rockets/rockets.html) Scans of old catalogs and publications plus more good stuff.

JimZ's (http://www.dars.org/jimz/rp00.htm) Out of production rocket plans.

Ye Olde Rocket Shoppe (http://www.rocketshoppe.com/) This one has out of production plans like JimZ, plus other stuff.

And for all those parts you'll need to build the old kits: www.semroc.com/
