I launched a few rockets today. I had just purchased a new camera. I didn't have the $$$$ to drop on an SLR, but I wanted something better than a cheapo point and shoot. I ended up with a Sony Cyber-Shot. It is 8.1 megapixels, it has a 10x optical zoom and a 4.8 digital zoom.

Here are my first efforts.

First up, my daughter's Razor on a 1/2A6-2:

Next up was my Paveway on an A8-3:

This was followed by my Astrobeam on a B6-2. This is clearly my son's favorite rocket:

Finally up, my last launch of the day was my trusty Paveway on a B4-2. I love the B4 engines. The takeoff seems so much slower and steady:

All in all, a fun outing!
