Barone's Saturn V on its second flight. It chuffed so I missed the liftoff, but I got this neat shot of the Aerotech motor as it was building up thrust. If the image is blown up a bit, you can see heat shimmering like you see from a big truck exhaust or over asphalt in the summer.

Barone's Broadsword. This one visited the Bison's about 3/4 mile from the launch pad.

Great shots Tim.
That Saturn shot is actually a lift off shot.......see how high off the clip it is? Don't know why we don't have a flame yet.... :confused:

Take a closer look. The flame is visible.

This one chuffed some, so I probably caught the bounce and it happened to be between the brighter bits of flame. I've seen rockets get bumped several inches during chuffing, and even a foot or two with big motors in light rockets.
