View Full Version : A Call For Flight Confirmations

This is for everyone who has contributed designs to the BARCLONE catalog. Please take a minute to go down through the list of designs shown on the WORDPRESS site, or in our YORF catalog posts, and let me know which ones you have actually built and flown. I'm trying to update our list of "in the wild" models, and only have a few are being shown on the "Collective Insanity" page of the WORDPRESS site.

Note: Flown successfully does not necessarily mean recovered successfully. I am more concerned with the stability of the flight up to the moment of deployment. Safe recovery is a separate issue from stability in this context.

Even if you are not a contributor, but you have built one of the designs, I'd like to hear about it. If you are a contributor, but you built someone else's design, let us know about that flight, too. My goal is simply to compile a full list of "built and flown" designs. I know of a few, but I want to hear about any others that might be out there.

Make your posts to this thread. Thanks.

Here is my Built and Flown List. Although.. not all stable, sucessful flights, ya have got to give a guy credit for the effort :D . Besides, I love it when they crash and burn :chuckle:.

By the term "Stable" I mean that the design has flown at least once on the largest motor intended with a sucessful recovery. Also, the term "Stable" has nothin' to do with my state of mind at any given time :p .

Cheers,

Yep, the Red one :D . Never been flown and a person might concider a test flight with the A10T-P for a feather-wieght tumble recovery. I need to try the others with that motor myself  .
