Estes Phoenix Fin Dimensions

Looking for the dimensions for the Estes Phoenix.

The fin scans on Jim Z's site do not add up.

Lower fins measure taller than wider, but images of rocket look to have span greater than root.

From the Jim Z plans, I'm getting a root of 9.5 inches and span of 2.5 inches for the upper fins.

Root of 2.75 inches and span of 2.4375 for the lower fins.

This doesn't seem correct.

Anyone have the actual dimensions from a kit?

The one I have is built and sanded and the fins are filled/sealed.

Here are the dimensions from it.

Lower fins: 2 5/8" root- 2 3/8" span

Upper fins: 9 1/2" root- lower span 2-3/8"- upper span 5/8"
