rocket glider

I'm looking for an RC rocket boosted glider kit. I'd like it to have ailerons and some way to build in a small payload like a camera.

Suggestions? I'm willing to do some custom building myself but it would be nice to start with a kit.

I'm not aware of any currently available. The R/C stuff I've seen here are scratch build upscales.

There are a number of models in the hand launched world (look for discuss launched/DLG) that can easily be converted to rocket flight, though adding a payload camera is a little tricky given that they generally don't have a lot of cockpit space. One of my favorites in terms of ease of build and conversion is the arthobby.com Colibri, with a 1 meter wing span, wing comes already skinned, flies fine on a D, amazing on an E, and runs for about $90-$100 plus radio gear.
