Hey gang, I've recently traded a few messages with the helpful BARs in the "Kit Collecting" forum. I found some old Estes kits and materials in a box this past week, and I just wanted you to know that I put 5 items up for sale on eBay this past Friday:
Vintage Estes Space Shuttle Kit - opened, but all parts accounted for
Vintage Estes Shrike Kit - opened, all parts accounted for
Vintage Estes Citation Series Patriot Kit - new in box
Vintage Estes LTV Scout decal sheet
Lot of miscellaneous parts - body tubes, nose cones, fins, engine mounts etc.
Please have a look if you're interested - they were stored for 24 years in a smoke free home, no damage to the kits whatsoever. I opened them because the exterior poly bags were brittle and was concerned that some parts may have fallen out. Everything is accounted for - the only parts that have suffered from age are the tape dots and shock cords.
