I found this site interesting, perhaps the Cardstock Rocketry folks would also. Perhaps it has been listed here already, some time in the past? My humble apologies, if so.

Presently there are plans for Scaled Composite's SpaceShipOne, the RVT - Japan's Reusable Rocket Vehicle, the Soviet N-1 Rocket Booster, Moon Rocket Friede, the V-1 Rocket Plane, & V-2 Rocket.
The files are free to download, in PDF format, they seem to be sized correctly to scale, and included instructions are clear / easy to follow.
