Join me as I snizzle the blagaphon in front of innocent Belgian nuns...

I am going to release Der Rammstein in the same manner as the SHX-15B, but there will be a few changes to the Der Rammstein. The rear ejection just wasn't reliable enough, so it will be nose ejecting instead. And the motor tube will be centered rather than offset.

shrox 09-09-2009 05:48 PM

Are the changes a total turn off?

rangerstl 09-09-2009 05:53 PM

I don't think so. I don't know why folks aren't responding...

What made you change away from rear ejection? Did it sometimes fail to eject or did the rocket fall back into the chute?

InFlight 09-09-2009 06:15 PM

Perhaps the snizzle and the innocent Belgian nuns was a turn off? :chuckle:

Those changes to the Der Rammstein sound good too me.

Did you want guilty, jaded, alcoholic Belgian nuns that fraggle?

Bravo52 09-09-2009 08:05 PM

Why not provide both options? Seems easy enough. All you are really talking about is two simple centering rings for the nose ejection.

As far as the nuns go, I don't care if they have their blagaphons snizzled as long as it isn't part of a public option.

Nothing wrong with this one ... it just doesn't grab me like many of your (Shrox) other designs do, I guess. I'm waiting for the Icarus. :)

I'm interested in the plans.

As for me...

Heck, I'm just waiting on an email (PayPal) address and an amount to send there...I'm ready for another Shrox rocket, either way. Even the simplest Shrox designs are eye-catchers at any launch I attend. :)
