I would have thought Estes would still have BINS of those left.
They didn't sell many

You could roughly approximate this model by substituting Centuri/Semroc ST-10 tubing and the following Semroc balsa nose cone:

...which would mean you wouldn't have to worry about the "bumpy" detailing on the original Centuri plastic cone.

That nose cone appears to be the same one used with the Centuri Sky-Lab kit.

Skylab and Centuri Bukk Rogers Laser Lance as well ( which as far as I can tell was never used for anything in the series; pure made up nonsense)

It is. I just posted the following text in scigs build thread for this kit:

"Interesting on the retro fit of the old Centuri Skylab nose cone. I never realized Estes resized the the connector end of the mold to fit a different tube. Originally, the Centuri Skylab cone fit the Centuri #10 cone, which had an ID of 1.00 inches."

The connector end of the nose cone for this particular kit does look a bit different than the original Centuri cone.
