Don't know about the blue, but cans and bottles of Aero Gloss 'Cub Yellow' butyrate dope can still be found from time to time on Ebay.

I remember seeing those in the R/C airplane section at Orange Blossom Hobbies in Miami, but the dope would melt or "craze" the Akela-1's plastic nose cone. Testors or Tamiya might make an enamel spray paint equivalent of this color for plastic models, however. |
