I recently placed an order with Harbor Freight and one of the items was defective. At 1:30 PM here I called the customer service number which was answered by a gentleman with an Indian accent.
After resolving the problem, I asked him where he was located. His reply - New Delhi.
I then asked the temperature. His answer was 34 degrees (centigrade) -that's 93 degrees F.
At 11PM! In mid-May. I have trouble with Virginia summers, I don't think I could take it.
