From our meeting we came up with the following Items for ECOF:
Food will be provided by the Brownies, they have a nice menu with affordable prices, both Breakfast and lunch will be provided, lunch will be either alacart or meal deals.
• Breakfast:
• Muffins and Coffee
• Lunch:
• ¼ lb burgers
• 1/3 lb burgers
• Hot dogs
• Brats
• Chips
• Soda

Events:
• Jarosch Cup, Edam Lofting ( same as last year) see information in event thread.
• Kelly’s Challenge see information in event thread.

On site personal services Services:
• Porta John

Announcements:
• We need Bill to post on the web page an informational page for ECOF

Set up:
• I got approval from the Park Ranger to set up on the day before (Friday afternoon).
• The Park will provide the Fire Gear equipped Gator for fire abatement. The park will allow
us to use the equipment if we get checked out with the equipment operation and are
signed up as “Volunteers” for the park to make it official, I will make a separate
announcement on this, the training session can happen on this Friday also.
• The away cell will be set up and running.

Time of operation for ECOF:
• Both days we will start range operation at 9:00 am and run till we run out of rockets to
launch or 5:00 pm or what ever comes first.
• We may Restrict Sparkys depending on fire conditions, to be announced at day of launch
depending on conditions.
