Looking closer at the picture you mentioned (which Chris posted earlier in this thread), I see what you mean, but I think the bottom "fin" near the ring may be an optical illusion (see the color photos below). In the second photo below, that dark area appears to be part of the "support structure" (the trailer).

But yes, the two canards show up quite clearly. I also see a couple of exterior fins attached horizontally on the ring fin.
