So this was my Independence Day diversion. I wrestling with this file early this morning, but I wasn't having any success using (the late) Bruce Levison's tube fin "hack" technique.

Late this afternoon, I remembered the "ringtail" option, which seemed to actually work.

Now this evening, I've done about all I can do, so here's the roughed out mockup.

I used the Semroc BNC-50BC from my Estes Wolverine 0816 clone (13mm), while substituting a 15" long Semroc ST-9 body tube for the Estes BT-50, but I used a 1.25" long BT-80 for the ring fin.

I plan to upscale this to BT-55, which means I'll need to fabricate the resulting ring fin.
