In a recent favorable correspondence I had with Estes I reminded them the 24mm full D port burner in an E case was already developed and tested by Ed and would be suitable for a wide range of their kits and our fields. Something like a D30 or 40. Ed Brown showed me some before we went to his house and flew a U.S. Rockets Banshee with a U.S. Rockets H120-12 from his back yard. FAA exempt.
