First appeared in late 1998 as a limited edition. One or two more production runs kept the kit available until 2004. Included the Centuri wraps with vacu-formed fins, but not the Centuri vacu-formed display nozzles.

Only change was to the Apollo Plastic Parts Set. The mold was reworked to remove parts that were used in the 2001 version, but not the 2157 version.

Please help me correct and expand this, especially #2157 from 1998 to 2004

which may have been two releases but was not in those catalogs.
