Just by way of comparison with Starlink... well, sad to say, there is no comparison really:
Ookla Speedtest with Starlink just before midnight EDT
Ping - 64 ms
Download - 33.34 Mbps
Upload - 10.20 Mbps
So Starlink is fine for our particular family's purposes; but I must say that your results are very impressive!
