I just order one for myself as a backup. It's pretty much the same size as the (OOP) Sheri's Hot Rocket Saturn V which I fly regularly on a J275W and it's always very popular (and will probably fly on July 20 for the anniversary). Since I fly the SHR Saturn regularly, eventually something bad will happen to it and it's nice to know I have something to replace it with. As for details, you can add whatever level of detail you want.
Last month I flew a Skunkworks/Polecat Saturn V for my L3 cert (M1297W, 9 ft. tall, 10 inch diameter, 43 lbs. at liftoff, 4215 ft. altitude). I spent way more time adding details to the Saturn than I did on major assembly - including individually ~800 half round dowels to simulate the stringers and such. I didn't bother with the tower, primarly because there is nearly 10 lbs. of nose ballast and I figured it would never survive the landing.
It just depends on what you want to do.
