The twin-tailed Flat Cat plans are in the August 1969 issue of "Model Rocketry": http://ninfinger.org/rockets/ModelR...elRocketry.html . The vertical stabilizers on this version each have a 2" root chord, a height of 1.5", and a 1" tip chord. The vertical stabilizer of the single-tail version *may* be the same size, but don't quote me on it.
