Default Cox Launch Pad

Hi all,

I mostly lurk & learn on this site, haven't posted much. I have sold some rocket kits on Facebook (would really like to get off Facebook).

I have a 1970's Cox Launch pad for sale. The launch rod, blast deflector and safety key are missing. Four legs and 2 1/2 foot pads are included, as well as an adapter to allow launching a two-engine cluster. Some prior owner drilled four extra holes in the top. They also apparently launched a rocket off it without the blast deflector, as there is melting and charring on top. I cleaned it up somewhat.

Original instruction sheet is included as well.

I tried using a drill bit as a key, connecting a 9V battery to the external terminals and wedging an Estes igniter in the proprietary Cox igniter plug, but couldn't get anything to happen. I'm selling this as a non-functional collectors item or fixer-upper project. Asking $20 plus Priority Shipping.

Please send me a PM, or for faster response, email me at sdsherman62-at-gmail-dot-com.
