Comrades,

I know I don't know much about retrieving rockets from trees, but I was wondering if you ever tried using one of those telescoping "ball fetchers" the golfers use to get balls out of the ponds? Or are they just not long enough for the trees you're talking about?

I've used a practice softball to knock them off powerlines; the key is to get it moving again.
