The sustainer fins are now attached, and all that remains is:

• Cut vent holes in the booster tube.
• Glue the booster mount in place.
• Attach the launch lugs to the sustainer.
• Prime & paint.
• Decals.
• Parachute and harness.
• Engines.

The last one is proving to be the most difficult...
