Bullet Bobby, Launch Lab Rocketry
Bullet Bobby
I just opened my Bullet Bobby from Launch Lab Rocketry. It’s a really high-quality kit. Heavy-wall BT-80, nice fitting 3D-printed nose cone, upgraded Dino Chutes 12” nylon chute, laser-cut basswood fins, Kevlar shock cord — neatly organized in ziploc bags. Also of note are the highly detailed instructions with color pictures. Some of the best I have seen. Steve Nevard, the owner, is always offering specials. I ordered this with a $5 off coupon. (It retails for $32.). Also included in the box was a coupon for $10 off their Black Friday sale this Fall. Launch Lab Rocketry has also taken over the Vanderburn line of kits like the Cherokee-H, plywood upgrades for a number of popular kits, and a number of different sizes of plywood centering rings. I bought some 2”-to-29mm CRs, which have a nice fit. If that wasn’t enough, each shipment has candy! I also got a couple stickers.
