I never had problems with FSIs D18s, but the D20 was a grenade waiting to happen just like their E60.

I missed the BT-55 part of Bill's original post.

This is the flyable final product. Getting a launch lug and a coat of primer in a couple of minutes, then hopefully a shake down flight tomorrow.

You sure about the launch lug? It's sort of a tradition to tape one on at the launch isn't it?

Catoes were not the major D18 problems, though there were those in the latter days, but just the wrecked expectations when the motor was first encountered by anyone.
