The laser-cut basswood pieces for the built-up fins are really nice - I tried cutting them by hand for a repair job, gave up, and bought another set from Semroc.

Paul,

I cannot imagine the embarrassment from someone calling me out for the incorrect dowel diameter! And my dilemma is that I still wonder if I should make them slightly smaller, to account for the thickness of paint.
