Default Welcome to all new SAM's

If you can read this thread, you are a SAM!

This is a private forum for the SAM Team. The purpose of the SAM Team concept is to re-visit and upgrade the old Estes EAC and Centuri CAT of much older years. There are many goodies that we want to offer our best and most loyal customers that would be prohibitive to offer to our more casual customers. This is the forum for that.

Please keep all build threads, reviews and general posts about Semroc on the open threads. We watch all forums, but will watch this one closer because a SAM deserves even closer attention.

Some things we post here may be more confidential than we want to post on the open threads, where EVERYONE is watching. If we post that we are working on a particular future model or engine here and not the open threads, it is intended for SAMs only and not the general public. As long as we can post confidential information here, we will continue.

Sheryl, Bruce and I welcome you to the Team, but in our hearts YOU have always been a member of the SEMROC team. We would not still be here without this core group of supporters. I hope someone will kick us if we ever forget that!

NEW ENGINE??? As in, other than Estes and Quest engines, like maybe an 18 mm "3/4C" or 18 mm "D" engine?

Carl & The Gang at Semroc--

A very Happy AND Healthy New Year to you all!

I'm sure I'm not alone in thanking you for Semroc's wonderful support of the hobby and for really CARING about what we, the customers, are interested in and have to say. Funny how many business enterprise endeavors seem to forget that....and then wonder why they are not successful in the long run.

By the way, I received my most recent order on the 30th (the one that included the V2 tube and nosecone we chatted about via email). Nice cones!, both nose and tail (THANK YOU very much for your help on that).

There was a little issue on the order with the 'Christmas' discount and Sheryl stepped right up and took care of it pronto!

I look forward to more business with Semroc and REALLY look forward to hearing what's in the pipeline from the R&D lab!

Earl

He's in Washington state... even with Semroc's fabled Asgard beaming technology, it may still take some time...

Yes, he is. So am I.

Usual time from order to receipt from Semroc for me is 3 business days. Four is an outlier.

The first time I ordered from them I ordered on a Friday night and I got the order on Monday. I'm STILL impressed by that.
