Boyce can certainly scale their 3D parts to fit a 3" and BT-55 as George is suggesting. The Guillows shuttle is widely available.

For a Buran, the scale is about 1/98, the core is still 3" and the side boosters are ST-15/BT-58. Some mild sanding at the back end takes the Guillows Shuttle to Buran pretty quickly.
