In answering a question on Facebook about the 36 D Squared, I checked Ken's profile there. There was a post from a lady to his feed on February 4 that just said "RIP cuz.", and there were no posts from him since July. And a lot of unanswered birthday greetings in August (including from some Estes employees). I know he hasn't posted here in five or so years.

I sent a message to that lady in hopes she answers, but if anyone else has news on Rocket Doctor, let us know.
