Default Need a little help here

I was wondering if someone would mind donating their computer skills to one facet of a project I've undertaken. I picked up and Estes Alpha today, intending to build THIS:

Got all the parts lined up and the pieces secured, but the decal prints out with a greyish background. Can anyone help me out here? I've got the resizing thing figured out, but I still have no idea how to suck the color out of a decal background. I would be most grateful and would consider naming my next spawn after you in the event that I get my vasectomy reversed.

What can I say? I like the early 80's Esturi kits. (Or would they be Centes?)

The above had the background set to transparent - it may still show as grey in some apps. This one has the background set to white.

Why can't I do that?
Thanks. I can rest easy now.

Bill,

I would probably increase overall resolution to 600dpi, clean up the head, redo the name using Newtext Regular Italic font condensed to 50%, and redraw the diamond pattern. But, then the file is too big.

I can email it directly to you. (375K zip file.)

I really liked the Tiger Streak/Apache rocket also. I have built several over the past few years. I have tended to lose them. You also might want to consider making it a 24mm. I have gotten fantastic flights on a D12/D12. My next version of this will be capable of using an E9 in the upper stage (gotta see if I can get it back also!)

Buzz, can you redo that one than send it to me to replace online? Maybe Carl could send you what he has to incorporate into the plan set.

Bill, you and I are thinking alike again...

I cut out a set of fins the other night for this one, already had a couple of spare PNC-50K's laying around. Still need to order some rings and stuff from BMS to finish it up...

Glad to hear this is a good flyer...
