Semroc version was fiber. Discontinued about 2 or 3 years ago IIRC. Not sturdy enough for really heavy rockets. I'll have to check out the basswood version at BMS.
I cleared out the last five Semroc racks at Sandman's a few weeks ago.
Assembled them last week. Here's a pic:

I like these racks, going back to the Centuri originals. The laser cut Semroc version made for nicer fiber parts than the Centuri die-cut originals, since there was die-cut deforming of the fiber sheets.

And yes, for heavier rockets that longer front leg could have a tendency to fold. What I have done on mine is glue two lengths of 1/16” dowel under both sides of the longer front leg (out of sight; the dowels can’t be seen at all) about 4-5 inches long each, and run them back under that leg to where they glue under that central triangular piece. That provides a tremendous amount of strength for heavier rockets, though I have not done any tests to see just how much weight it can bear. One could add the same dowel arrangement on the other two legs for even more additional strength.

Earl, are you talking dowel, or hardwood stick?

Just regular wooden dowel. I think most are just made from basswood.

Looks neat, but from all the flight reports I have seen, it should be a "Shelf Queen" if built.
You are not allowed to say shelf queen and whack the gas in the same post.

Ahh, maybe I got my second one from Semroc. I would not have ordered two from BMS, most likely, since I was considering a 5-pack when I ordered my first one.

I had access to a laser cutter at a place I worked a few years ago. I cut some fins, and a bunch of centering rings, before retiring. I wish I would have cut a bunch of rocket racks, and a whole bunch more sizes of centering rings.

Just don't hold me on that. I may be thinking about BMS offering the alternative material version. I think I remember a different size, but I'm not sure.

Those look nice, but still pretty pricey, even discounted. I really want a laser cutter. Besides plywood, I used to cut a lot of stuff out of acrylic on a laser. It cuts beautifully and the cut edges look polished, if you get the power and cut speed dialed in correctly. No need to do any cleanup after cutting.

I wish the buttons on his site worked on my iPad or iPhone. They only work on my laptop which I don’t have access to on the weekend.

They work, just not very well. It takes some fiddling, a refresh or two, and the drop downs stay resident on the screen but they will work on an iPad.
