It does look like that. It even looks like notches were cut in the airframe to "flare" the aft end of the airframe. The wide "tab" at the flared end seems to be covering our view of the front end of the motor tube by the white fin.

That's what I think, too.

It's a shame we don't have a clear image.

The image on the pad confirms 2 White Fins and gives a good view of the fins, sufficient for scaling to make a pattern.

The group photo also gives a good viewof the fins.

The drawing tends to corroborate my theory about exposed motor tubes, possibly with a slotted body tube.
