Default Estes Scrambler (kit# 1237)

The next 3D modeling project I'm working on is the Estes Scrambler (kit# 1237).

For this project I would like to model the BNC-65AF nose cone, the TA-6065 balsa adapter/transition, and the fin for making a fin template.

Does anyone have a good profile pic of the nose cone that could be posted here?

I found the JimZ webpage for this kit
http://www.spacemodeling.org/jimz/estes/k-37a.jpg
but there are no dims on the fins or a ruler to give you some idea of what it is.

I did some looking and am unable to find a RockSim file for kit.

Any help is appreciated.

There is an original kit for sale on ebay right now.
As of last night it was only up to $66.

Yes, there is such a thing as NORMAL
, if you have to ask what is "NORMAL" , you probably aren't !

Failure may not be an OPTION, but it is ALWAYS a POSSIBILITY.
ALL systems are GO for MAYHEM, CHAOS, and HAVOC !

I suspect that one will go $125-$150 at closing. They used to come up a decent number of times each year and they still do some, but not as much.

Well.....I just checked and it is up to $142 from your earlier meniton....

So, that $150 range (at least) looks to be in target for sure at this point.

Hi Jack,

Once I find my Centuri controllers as I'm cleaning out my basement I'll be sending those controllers and an MPC controller to you to model as per Flash. I also have a Scrambler full payload section consisting of a nosecone, tube and adapter I can send to you. If you need the Scrambler stuff right now, I'm not your guy. If you can wait a bit for me to locate those Centuri controllers I can send everything to you at once.
