Default Earl, Did You Get It?

Just had a feeling that Earl, who treasures early Centuri stuff, would be in pursuit of this (first one I recall seeing on eBay).

So Earl, did you win this one?

Interesting question Mojo, but you didn’t say what ‘it’ was.

The only really interesting thing I saw the past week or so was that shrink wrapped boxed parts assortment that closed last night sometime. It went for around $225 or so. I was kind of surprised it went that high, but it looked like there were at least a couple folks who really wanted to fight for it. Luckily, I had that boxed assortment already, so I did not have jump into that mix.

Was that it, or was there some other item?

Earl

I saw that auction and bid on it, but ended up being too high for my taste.

Ok.

By the way, I looked back through my browser history and found the link after I had deleted it from my eBay watch list. Here’s the link.

This assortment has come up a couple times in the past, but I have never seen it shrink wrapped before. This is the smallest of the three parts assortments that Centuri used to offer back in the day.

That was a pretty cool item, especially shrink wrapped.

I was leery of it being legit because it was shrinkwrapped. I've never seen a orange/black/white Centuri box shrinkwrapped. Maybe I've been living under a rock.

I sold a lot of shrinkwraped stuff, when I had access to a shrinkwrapping setup.

Good point! I’m not as familiar with Centuri packaging.
