5 more days till the Annular Eclipse in the Western/North Western U.S.

While the eclipse is in progress, look at the interesting shadows of leaves on a sidewalk... Bill

Bummer. Portland will expereince a partial eclipse, but the weather looks dodgy. Right now there's a solid overcast and sporadic light rain.

Yep. Venus, being the most rare. Mercury is 2016. Wrong table entry.
