For some reason that kit is really rare and goes for $$$$ when they show up on ebay.

Yes, there is such a thing as NORMAL, if you have to ask what is "NORMAL" , you probably aren't !

Like GH said - a reasonable price is hard to find. Better to buy the clone kit from New Way Rocketry at erockets.biz. I bought one - turned out very nice!

The chances of obtaining an original is pretty much slim and none, with none winning the battle. There hasn't been a single instance in over 10 years of The Bat being for sale on eBay. Pretty much unobtanium.
This one could very well be years in the waiting.
Why is anyone's guess. Smaller rockets like this one are usually easy finds. For some reason the production run was very short on this kit.
