Sierra Nevada's Dream Chaser spaceplane (see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dream_Chaser ), which will be launched atop an Atlas V 402 (it has no solid rocket boosters and a two-engine Centaur second stage), makes a scale boost-glider egglofter possible. The same Atlas V booster model could even be used for both--for the CST-100 capsule configuration, just add the single solid rocket booster.
