Default German (?) Sandhawk kit

Hello All,

I just found this (apparently) German-made Sandhawk scale kit on a German model rocket vendor's web site (see: http://www.rocket-onlineshop.de/pro...dee8645be8045c8 ). It is 960 mm long and 41.5 mm in diameter. The recommended motors are the Weco D7-3, Estes D15-5 (that's what it says), and the Aerotech E18-7W, E28-7T, and F24-7W.

I'm told the kit is made by Rocketarium, USA.

The D15-5 description is an error. It should read D12-5.

Thank you for correcting me, Leo. Does Weco produce model rocket kits in addition to motors? They seem to make only fireworks (http://www.weco-pyro.de/weco.de/ ), according to their web site.

Weco don't make any kits.

Thank you. They're like Dr. Z (Dr. Jan Zigmund) in the Czech Republic, who makes the Rapier motors (single-use Jetex replacement motors) for Jetex model airplanes. Dr. Z also makes 18 mm black powder model rocket motors, but not rocket kits. (If the USA importation and certification barriers could be overcome, Weco and/or Dr. Z could produce "boutique labeled" motors for smaller model rocket companies such as Aerospace Speciality Products, FlisKits, Semroc Astronautics, Squirrel Works, and Starlight Model Rockets.)
