I'm looking to build a Maxi Honest John size flyer. I see Boyce has the fins, but I can't find a source for the nose cone.
I have a sealed "Collectors Edition" Maxi Honest John in my collection, but can't justify using it for building a flyer - those things are pretty valueable.
So, anyone out there have a Maxi Honest John nose cone, or perhaps a basket case kit they'd be willing to sell reasonable?

Sorry, who is BAH? That doesn't ring a bell for me.

Whoops, never mind - I realized that's the acronym for Boyce - I'd looked previously and didn't see the builders kit, but just searched "Honest John" and there it is.

If you’re interested and really want to build one I have an original Estes nose cone and tail cone set.

I don’t remember when and where I got it but it’s your for a small fee.

As for how much I have no idea.

Does anyone have an “reasonable “ price to charge for the nose and tail cone?

I have another set for myself and I’m building one for myself. This cone is an extra.

When I crashed by original Maxi Brute, I emailed Mad Cow Rockets, and was able to get a fiberglass nose cone from them.

I have a waterslide decal set if you need it. IIRC the Maxi-HoJo came with peel-n-stick.
