I built their 2.6-inch V2 back in '97. According to my logs, I flew it a couple times on D12s before losing it to a tree.

I recall it as being a nice kit.

I had both the 2.6 and 4" V-2's, still have the 2.6" flyable hanging in my hobby room, here I am with my 4" version around 1995...

So, today my Mountainside Hobbies V-2 (24 mm motor) moved to the top of the build pile. I can not remember how I got his one; all my notes say is I bought it in September of 2002 along with an Estes Saturn 1B (the kit #2048 one) and a Launchpad ASRAAM. Not from Ebay but probably one of the other auction sites that was around then.
